Huge Lone Mountain Buckle
This buckle came out of a private collection. Dennis Ramone is a wellknown Navajo silversmith who married a woman from San Felipe Pueblo.
His pieces are shown in Museums like the Smithonian Institute.
This buckle was made probably in the late sixties, early seventies when gemgrade turquoise stones where not so rare yet.
He got 13 gemgrade Lone Mountain Turquoise Nuggets and built that classic Pueblo style three dimensional buckle.
Weight: 130 gram, Size: 5 Inch by 3,5 Inch, fits a 1 1/2 to 2 Inch belt.
